Pensacola Glass – Entry Level Glazier’s Helper (Glass Installer)
Pensacola Glass is looking to hire a motivated Full-Time Entry Level Glazier’s helper (Glass Installer). This is an opportunity for you to develop new skills and begin an exciting career with an organization that has been serving Pensacola and surrounding areas for over 89 years.
If you possess good mechanical skills, can read & interpret a tape measure, have the ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 75 lbs.) as needed, and are comfortable working at heights on ladders or scaffolding—and truly want to learn a trade—we would like to hear from you.
Glaziers are responsible for handling, maintaining, and installing all types of glass products & systems for commercial and residential uses and purposes. Glaziers safely replace glass in home windows, glass mirrors, and shower enclosures in accordance with company standards and procedures. If you are looking for a new career, look no further!
Qualifications:
· Ability to read & interpret a tape measure
· Possess a valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
· Must be a minimum age of 18
· Must pass pre-employment drug test
· Have dependable transportation to get to and from work
· Provide excellent customer service
· Attention to detail
· Professional appearance and representation
· Maintain a clean work environment, including company vehicle, branch, and job sites
· Follow all safety requirements & protocols
